Our Fellows

Florence Ashley, JD, LLM

Florence Ashley is a jurist and bioethicist currently completing doctoral studies at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Joint Centre for Bioethics. In 2019-2020, they served as the first openly transfeminine law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, in the chambers of Justice Sheilah Martin. They are widely published in trans health, bioethics, and law.
